Cholera-Outbreak in Ghana

A Cholera outbreak started in Ghana in Accra metropolis in June 2014. The evolution of the outbreak has currently reached 6 regions which includes; Greater Accra Region; Eastern Region; Ashanti Region; Western Region; Central Region; and Volta Region. For more information about cholera, symptoms and prevention, please look here.

Register at the 'List of Danes'

The Embassy encourages all Danish nationals who reside in Ghana, Liberia, Guinea, Sierra Leone, Togo and Côte d’Ivoire, to register on the 'List of Danes' . This will increase the ability of the Danish Embassy to assist Danish nationals, in the countries concerned, during crises if necessary. Registration is conducted electronically.
