The general opening hours for the Embassy are every day from 08.00 am – 04.00 pm except for Fridays when the Embassy closes at 1.00 pm.
Visa section/applications: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 09.00 am to 12.00 noon, for applicant’s who have handed in applications at VFS, Labone and have an appointment for interview.
Applicants are kindly referred to Visa Facilitation Centre (VFS) where applications can be submitted every day from 08.00 A.M. – 02.00 P.M.

Consular matters: (i.e. passport DK Nationals, legalisations)Monday and Wednesday between 09.00am – 11.00 am
Handing in of additional documents, withdrawal of visa application: Tuesday and Thursday Between 09.00 am – 10.00 am
Collection of visa: Tuesday and Thursday at 02.00 pm (only by appointment). Normally documents will be collected from VFS.
Government Officials Wednesday between 09.00 am – 12.00 noon
Friday the visa/consular section is closed to the public
Enquiries on the status of visa application will not be answered. Enquiries on how to apply will be referred to the web page. Enquiries not concerning visa status can ONLY be made by email to accambvisa@um.dk or via telephone on Monday and Wednesday between 02.00 - 03-30 pm.
PLEASE NOTE THAT PEOPLE WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT AT THE VISA SECTION WILL NOT BE ATTENDED TO.
